I didn't want to say goodbye, would stay here again. I've stayed here before, perfect as always. It had an unbeatable and stunning setting short walk to nearby shops and restaurants, the night life in Pattaya and many attractions. And I was located right by Central Festival shopping mall on Second Road.

I simply loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and charming ambiance made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious beachfront mansion. The hotel's common areas were spacious and well-maintained, allowing me to comfortably navigate around with my senior companions. It was such a delight to relax and spend time in these lovely areas.

I would have asked for better accessibility options for senior people. It would have been helpful if the hotel had provided more assistance for us elderly guests, such as dedicated staff members to help with our luggage or mobility aids like wheelchairs or ramps.

I had an excellent experience at Beach Sea View Rooftop Pool Resort. The staff, particularly Xiongfeng, was incredibly helpful and kind. When I had trouble finding the office, he guided me with detailed instructions and even stood outside in the heat to ensure I found them. Despite the office opening at 7am, Xiongfeng came in early at 6:30am to refund my deposit before I had to leave. I was touched by his responsible and considerate actions. The room, although small, was cozy and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with the beach just a short walk away and shopping malls nearby.
